Bones don't move by themselves.

Every muscle in your body is designed to pull in a specific direction. That's how we're able to walk, bend, reach, and move with incredible precision.

A muscle can only pull—it can't push.
If a bone shifts into a position where there is no muscle, or combination of muscles, capable of pulling it back, your body can't simply "exercise" it back into place.

Understanding Anterior Vertebrae
Advanced BioStructural Correction™ focuses on a specific type of structural problem called an anterior vertebra.
In the thoracic (mid-back) and lumbar (low back) spine, the muscles that move the spine are designed to pull in certain directions. If a vertebra shifts forward beyond those lines of pull, there are no muscles capable of effectively pulling it back into its normal position.
Instead of correcting the problem, the body adapts around it.
