Your Body Should Support the Life You Love.

You don't stay active because you're trying to become a professional athlete.

You stay active because it helps you feel your best.

Maybe that means strength training a few mornings each week. Maybe it's hiking, golfing, gardening, traveling, or simply having the energy to keep up with your children or grandchildren.

Whatever you enjoy, your body should support the life you want to live—not gradually begin limiting it.

Many people assume aches, stiffness, slower recovery, or declining mobility are simply part of getting older. We believe there is often another explanation.

When Your Body Starts Holding You Back

You may have noticed things like:

  • Needing longer to recover after workouts
  • Hip or back stiffness that never completely goes away
  • Shoulder pain reaching overhead
  • Neck tension after working or exercising
  • Walking less because your body tires more quickly
  • Feeling like your body just isn't moving the way it used to

These changes often happen gradually, making it easy to accept them as normal.

But they don't always have to be.

A Different Approach

Many of our patients have already tried chiropractic, physical therapy, massage, stretching, medications, or injections. Some found temporary relief but were still searching for a way to move better and stay active long-term.

At White Oak Chiropractic, we take a different approach.

Rather than focusing only on symptoms, we evaluate how your body is functioning as a whole. Our goal is to improve structure, movement, posture, and function so your body can better support the life you want to continue living.

Two Ways We Help Your Body Keep Up With Your Life

At White Oak Chiropractic, we often use two complementary approaches depending on your needs. While they're very different treatments, they share the same goal: helping your body move better, recover better, and continue supporting an active life.

Advanced BioStructural Correction™

Helping your body move the way it was designed to. Over time, old injuries, years at a desk, repetitive activities, and everyday wear can gradually change the way your body is aligned. Those structural changes can affect posture, movement, balance, and how efficiently your body functions. Advanced BioStructural Correction™ focuses on correcting structural misalignments that your body hasn't been able to correct on its own. Rather than simply chasing symptoms, the goal is to improve your body's underlying structure so it can move more naturally, experience less unnecessary strain, and better support the active life you want to continue living.

StemWave™ Therapy

Helping your body heal the way it was designed to. Even when your body's structure is improving, injured muscles, tendons, ligaments, and joints may still need additional support to recover. Chronic irritation and years of overuse can slow your body's natural healing process. StemWave Therapy uses acoustic waves to stimulate your body's own healing response, encouraging increased blood flow and cellular repair in damaged tissues. By supporting healing at the source, StemWave can help improve recovery, reduce lingering discomfort, and help your body better keep up with the activities you enjoy.

Better Together

For many people, these approaches complement one another.

Advanced BioStructural Correction™ helps improve how the body is aligned and functions.

StemWave Therapy helps support healing within the injured tissues themselves.

When appropriate, combining both allows us to address not only how your body moves, but also how well it heals, with the shared goal of helping you continue doing the things you love.

Meet the Doctor Behind White Oak Chiropractic

Meet Dr. Jane Baxley

"For more than 15 years, I've helped active adults find a different path when pain, stiffness, or declining mobility begin interfering with the life they love.

Many of the people who come to White Oak Chiropractic have already tried other approaches. My goal isn't simply to help someone feel better for a day or two—it's to understand why their body isn't functioning the way it should and help restore the movement, posture, and function that allow them to stay active for years to come.

As one of only a handful of Advanced BioStructural Correction™ practitioners in California and the only one in Solano County, I combine specialized structural correction with advanced regenerative therapies like StemWave™ to create personalized care plans based on each person's goals.

Whether your goal is hiking, golfing, traveling, strength training, gardening, or simply keeping up with your grandchildren, I'd love the opportunity to help you determine whether our approach is the right fit."

You May Be Wondering...

How do I know if I'm a good candidate?

The best way to find out is through a consultation and evaluation. We'll take the time to understand your goals, assess how your body is moving and functioning, and determine whether our approach is a good fit. If we don't believe we can help, we'll tell you.

Do you accept insurance?

White Oak Chiropractic is a self-pay practice. While some insurance plans provide limited coverage for specific chiropractic services, much of the care we provide—including Advanced BioStructural Correction™, StemWave™ Therapy, and our comprehensive approach to improving movement and function—typically falls outside of those covered benefits.

Rather than limiting our recommendations to what an insurance plan may cover, we focus on what we believe is most appropriate for your health, your goals, and the life you want your body to support.

Do I have to commit to a long treatment plan?

No. Every recommendation is based on your individual goals and what we find during your evaluation. We'll explain our recommendations, answer your questions, and help you make an informed decision about your care. Whether you decide to move forward is always your choice.

What happens at the first visit?

Your first visit is focused on understanding your goals, reviewing your health history, and performing a thorough evaluation. We'll explain our findings, answer your questions, and discuss whether our approach is a good fit before making any recommendations.

Let's Talk About Your Goals.

Whether your goal is getting back to strength training, hiking, traveling, golfing, gardening, or simply moving through everyday life with greater confidence, we'd love to help you determine whether our approach is the right fit.
